Hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER."
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the SELLER and the BUYER regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.935byrobertobravo.com ("Website"), the characteristics and sale price of which are specified below, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION, SALE PRICE AND DELIVERY
The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive sales price and delivery details of the products are specified below.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1
The BUYER declares that he/she has read and acknowledged, through the Website, the essential characteristics of the products, the total sales price including all taxes, payment methods, delivery conditions, delivery costs (unless otherwise stated), delivery period, the SELLER's trade name, address and contact information, and has been fully informed of the conditions governing the right of withdrawal before confirming this Agreement electronically.
4.2
The products subject to this Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/entity designated by the BUYER within the delivery period stated on the Website, depending on the delivery address, and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the order date.
4.3
If the products are to be delivered to a third party designated by the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be liable if such person or entity refuses to accept delivery.
4.4
The SELLER shall not be held responsible for any failure of delivery resulting from problems encountered by the courier company during shipment.
4.5
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the products complete, free from defects, and in conformity with the specifications stated in the order.
4.6
The SELLER reserves the right to cancel orders and refund any collected payments where pricing, product descriptions, specifications or other information published on the Website contain typographical, technical or system errors.
4.7
As the products offered on www.935byrobertobravo.com are handcrafted, and due to differences in ring sizes requested by customers, the final product may vary by up to ±10% in weight, length, width or similar characteristics.
